Welcome to CIC
Crane Institute of America Certification (CIC) issues NCCA and ANSI accredited operator certifications for mobile cranes (five type and capacity levels), articulating boom cranes, digger derrick cranes, and service/mechanic truck cranes. Certifications are also issued for, riggers, signalpersons and master riggers. CIC meets OSHA's current requirements for crane operator certification by type and capacity and OSHA's rigger and signalperson qualification requirements. Written exams are available in both English and Spanish.
There are other choices when it comes to selecting a crane operator certification organization. So, why should someone pick CIC? Here are a few reasons:
- CIC is recognized by OSHA and is accredited by both ANSI and NCCA.
- Our written and practical exams are real-world and realistic.
- You only have to take one practical exam for up to five type and capacity levels of certification.
- We don't hide our fees and we have the best customer service.
These are just a few reasons why we are becoming known as The Standard in the industry for crane operator, rigger and signal person certifications.
Here's what industry professionals say about CIC:
"OSHA is now requiring crane operators to be certified by 2017. CIC is the best option I've found for nationally accredited certifications by type and capacity," says Tony Brown, Safety Consultant.
We would love to hear from you if there is anything we can do to serve you!
