CIC is looking to expand our affiliation with qualified Examiners and Sites. We provide Examiners with professional-quality Examiner Training plus a turnkey process and set of materials for conducting CIC exams. Examiners have a secure login on our website that supports their business and ability to conduct exams.

CIC provides training and a detailed Handbook for each exam administrating role:

Practical Exam Site Coordinator - Coordinates the scheduling and proper set up for exams
Practical Examiner – Administers and oversees Practical Exams at approved sites
Traveling Chief Written Examiner – Administers and oversees the written (paper or online) exam
Proctors – Supports administration of the exams

According to NCCA accreditation guidelines, there are at least three important considerations:  

  1. Proctors must understand the significant monetary value of the materials they will handle,
  2. Proctors must thoroughly understand and be willing to follow all policies and procedures to ensure material security and exam administration reliability, and
  3. Trainers are not allowed to be the Chief Written Examiners or written exam proctors.
