Become A Written Exam Site
Work sites, crane rental companies, training firms, testing centers or other locations may apply to have your site authorized to conduct CIC Written Exams. Being able to test locally saves time and money.
CIC Written Exams are offered on paper or in web-based formats so you can take advantage of the facilities you have. Internet-based surveys allow for more flexibility in exams offered, reduced cost, and potentially less testing time.
The process is easy to follow:
- Meet the Written Exam Site Requirements
- Identify your organization's Written Exam Site Coordinator
- Submit your Exam Site Application
- Secure an Authorized CIC Examiner and Proctor prior to setting the exam date or registering candidates
- Do the Site Prep to conduct exams
You should apply to become an exam site at least six weeks prior to the first exam you plan to give.
Upon approval of your application, your site will be authorized to administer exams for one year with periodic audits by CIC to ensure ongoing compliance with our standards.
