WRITTEN EXAM SITE RESPONSIBILITIES

Written Exam Site Responsibilities
Each Written Exam site must have a designated Written Exam Site Coordinator.
Written Exam Site Coordinator
Responsibilities include:
- Acting as the CIC contact person
- Scheduling the exam room, Chief Examiner, and Proctor
- Ensuring exam materials are securely stored until the day of the exam
- Ensuring that the exam room is set up on exam days
- Being available on exam days to ensure building access and to meet and direct candidates to the proper location
Chief Examiners are responsible for the actual exams. The Site Coordinator may contact help@4roi.com to request an examiner and proctor to conduct the exams. Sites can select from a list of CIC Authorized Chief Examiners, and have CIC train qualified people to become Chief Examiners.
